The waistband on these sits perfectly flat under a fitted skirt, and the cotton has enough stretch that I forget I'm wearing anything at all. Went with the M based on the hip measurement and the fit is spot on.

The cotton is breathable and the cut hugs just right without digging in—I’ve worn it all day and forgot I had it on. The waistband stays put through a workout, which surprised me.
